1. Introduction and Acceptance

d8ads is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between you and d8ads regarding your use of the platform.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in cricket, slots, live casino, and other games on the d8ads platform:

• Each game has its own rules, which are available in the game interface.
• If a game result is undetermined due to a technical error, d8ads reserves the right to cancel that round or re-evaluate it.
• Any unusual profits obtained by exploiting software errors will be forfeited.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• For cricket betting, separate rules apply to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international tournaments as applicable.

6.1 Bet Cancellation Scenarios

A bet may be considered void in the following situations, and the original stake will be returned:

• If a match or event does not take place at the scheduled time.
• If an event is abandoned midway and a result cannot be determined.
• If it is proven that a bet was accepted based on incorrect odds or incorrect information.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Disruptions to gameplay caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.

• Account information being leaked due to the user's own negligence.

The maximum total liability of the d8ads platform shall in no case exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.

12. Terms Amendment
